Ann Driggers is an Australian barrister and a practicing family law practitioner. She was born in Glenwood, Victoria in 1924 and educated at the university in Adelaide. Her professional career spanned four decades, during which time she wrote a number of articles for the Adelaide Standard and the Journal of Law Education and also served as a lecturer in the University of Adelaide Law School. Ann Driggers was married to John Driggers, a renowned cattle entrepreneur, builder and developer. Together they had 14 children and raised them all in the Adelaide area.

Aged forty-two, Ann Driggers decided it was time to seek personal happiness and so departed from John Driggers’ life. In that time she had several encounters with men who claimed to be of British nationality and others who claimed to be German. Ann was intrigued by the stories she heard and felt that she had an aptitude for the legal profession. As a result, in 1963 she emigrated to New Zealand where she settled in Epsom, where she worked as a translator and writer. It was while living there that she decided to pursue a career in the legal profession and so began her long and illustrious career as an educator. The years that she spent in New Zealand became the catalyst for what would become an astonishing research project that would feature Ann Driggers as its central character, Ann Durance, a Nationality and Height Dating Expert.

As a result of Ann Driggers interest in height and Nationality she was fascinated by the way in which the subject was covered in some of her studies and set about compiling a volume that would act as a reference manual for those interested in the topic, Nationality and Height Dating. Ann Driggers has been described as the Nationality and Height Dating Queen, having written more than 500 articles on the subject over the last 40 plus years. She is also widely regarded as one of the world’s foremost experts on the topic of Nationality and has written numerous books and articles on this fascinating subject. One book she wrote entitled, “The Nationality Secret” remains the top seller in sales statistics on an international level and is considered one of the most highly recommended books on the subject.
