Born and raised in Ireland, Olivia Mogan’s ethnicity is Irish, however, she was raised and spent the majority of her life in Britain, where her nationality is British. As a child, she enjoyed the singing of nursery rhymes with her parents, along with enjoying the likes of movie and television shows featuring characters from different races and cultures. Her parents would often take her to see movies that featured animals or even police work, which often included an Irish cop as one of the leads, in order to keep her occupied for the duration of the movie. It was not until she was a teenager that she started to show a serious interest in things such as the IRA, and the way that the two organizations would come together to put a bad man to prison, while risking war between their countries.

Growing up, Olivia Mogan did very well academically, earning top grades both at school and at college. In high school, she was heavily involved in debating clubs, as well as taking part in track events, including the decathlon, javelin, and track and field events. The IRA also gave her the opportunity to participate in a variety of community service projects, which also included volunteering in a number of youth and young adult groups. Later on in life, she would attend Queen’s university, in Belfast, where she gained a degree in Education, making sure to emphasize part of her studies by participating in the Republic of Ireland’s unpaid internship program with the Catholic Church. While there, she would also acquire a master’s degree in Social Work, which enabled her to pursue a career as a counselor in a Troubled Housing Trust.

Olivia Mogan now resides in a small rural community in the Scottish Borders with her partner, Jack, a native of the town. Jack Mogan became the biological father of Olivia, after the couple were initially believed to have been artificially inseminated. They have two grown children, aged ten and twelve, as well as one dog, called Remy. Their biological mother has passed on, and Jack and Olivia Mogan is the proud parents of five children, all born in the Twickenham area of England.
