Anna Phoebe is a famous London-based tenor, who performs mainly in classical music genres such as classical, rock, jazz, Middle Eastern, and folk. As an adult, she has pursued a career in acting, stage work, television, voice over work, video games, voice over dubbing, and even appeared in some feature films. It was in 2021, when Anna Phoebe made her first film appearance in the movie adaptation of the book Eat Pray Love by Laura Ashley. The movie became extremely successful and saw high grossing returns at the box office. Since then, Phoebe has gone on to star in numerous other award-winning movies, most notably the movie The Lion King, as well as the TV series Beauty and the Beast.

Prior to her acting and singing career, Anna Phoebe was a professional violinist. As an adult, she continued with this passion, eventually becoming a professional composer as well. Although she is not considered one of the all-time great orators of Western music, her compositions have been praised by others, including Sir Paul McCartney. Some of her most well-known works include the song “Cold Caller” from the film The Departed, as well as her duet with Roger Daltrey on “I am the Mountain.” Prior to becoming a composer, however, Anna Phoebe was known for her work as a violinist. This would leave her with a unique perspective on the industry, as she was able to look back on it from a professional point of view, while also considering herself as an artist.

In addition to her work as a violinist, Anna Phoebe has also performed several times in the United States, both as a guest artist and as a featured performer at the New York State Opera. When she was invited as a contestant on the third season of “The Voice,” she surprised audiences by going on to play the role of Jasmine in the film version of the musical. As an actress and a violinist, Anna Phoebe has also received several awards throughout her career, including a Screenplay Award at the 1996 Academy Awards, the Best Original Score Oscar nomination, as well as being named a member of the Royal Albert Hall roster for several years. Her extensive list of credits also includes additional acting roles in films such as Rebel Without a Cause, A Few Good Men, and Mystic River.
