Alice Feiring grew up in Southern California as the daughter of Italian parents who were primarily English. Her roots in the region are deep and she enjoys a strong commitment to her country. Alice was raised by her mother in a home where Italian was the primary language. She studied English at Pepperwood College in Northridge, CA and then attended the University of San Diego, specializing in political science. After graduation, she traveled the world for five years covering wine, visiting many countries and working in many fields, most notably as a freelance writer.
Alice Feiring now lives in New York City and runs her own blog, where she shares about her travels, writing, and travels. In 2021, she co-authored an acclaimed book entitled, “The Age of Aquarius: The Science and Politics of the New Millennium,” which cover the subject of astrology in a sophisticated, intelligent way that makes it easy to read and enjoyable to study. She also serves as a consultant and yoga teacher. In addition to her published works, Alice has also released several self-help books including, “The Base Camp: An Alternative’s Guide to Moving Forward,” and “The Humpback Creek Manifesto.”
Alice is very passionate about connecting with others on all levels and believes deeply that all people have a right to be respected and feel loved. Her own love of country and her desire to help other natural lovers explore their connection to nature has led her to serve on the boards of many companies, including those dedicated to the growth and maintenance of public parks, and in the communities surrounding them. In this role, Alice brings a perspective to bear on issues that affect us all, such as pollution, environmental damage, and the impact of national citizenship upon our individual and collective futures.
