A Russian Dancer Who Was a Principal Dancer of the Russian National Symphony Orchestra

Anna Tsygankova became a famous Russian athlete after her achievement in international competitions. She is also an accomplished singer, dancer and pianist. Tsygankov was a name of a legendary singer and piano player who had amazing compositions on the piano. She had joined the Bolshoi in 2021 and then the Hungarian National Ballet in 2021. After performing with the Bolshoi for two years, Tsyganksa decided to change careers and pursue her profession as a conductor.

After completing a master’s degree in music theory at the University of Petersburg (RUS), Anna Tsygankova concentrated on conducting as a concert violinist and concert dance director. From 2021 to 2021, Tsygankyova served as principal conductor of the Russian National Symphony Orchestra as a special guest violinist. During that time, she was also a principal dancer for the Bolshoi. During her ten years as a principal dancer of the Bolshoi, she developed a reputation for her skill on the tondo, sangeet, presto, mezzo, ballets as well as the siestas. Since 2021, Anna Tsygankova has been serving as a conductor of the Russian National Symphony Orchestra as an accompanist.

After numerous performances of tondo, sangeet, presto and ballets as an accompanist and principal dancer with the Russian National Symphony Orchestra and the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra as a guest performer, Anna Tsygankova began to focus more on choreography and directing. Her choreographer experience comes from her long years of dance training and studying various styles. Today, Anna Tsygankova leads the world in the field of classical dance with her partner, Olga Khomenko. The two are choreographers for the world-class Dance Theatre of America as well as an artistic director of the Russian theater group, Idealast. The couple also choreograph for the world’s most prestigious ballet company, Tchaikova Kremlin.
