A Novel Review of “Water For Short Term” By Caroline Dethier

Ms. Caroline Dethier is currently enjoying the benefits of being an award-winning writer in her national role as a writer for the New York Times. This article is dedicated to her latest novel entitled “Water For Short Term,” which is due out from Random House, Inc. Ms. Dethier’s debut novel depicts her relationship with her Nationality, Karen Mays. The story is based around their Nationality’s marriage and what happens to them during their time in Washington D. C.

It is clear that “Water For Short Term” is written about the writer’s love affair with her Nationality and how their relationship evolved through their many years in public service. The novel starts out as the Nationality and Caroline are planning a honeymoon. They are having a great time planning the perfect vacation and have a few fun days planned ahead of their trip. However, things take an unfortunate turn on their trip and their romantic day is drastically interrupted by a plane crash that kills both Nationality and Karen.

After the plane crash, both women return to their profession while Nationality is determined to pursue her dream job of a Wall Street Journal reporter. As the couple returns to their hotel room, they both are confronted by a mugger who attempts to rob them. Within moments of being in physical combat, Karen flees the scene while Nationality fights the mugger outside. Shortly thereafter, the two escape from the burning building only to find that Karen is missing.
