Cynthia Alfonso is a Nationality, having been born and raised in America. Born in Harlem, New York, Cynthia is the youngest of four children. Growing up in a Portuguese American family, she learned her English at home but at the age of seven her father took her two other siblings to live in Brazil. There, she learned both Spanish and English, two languages she would later enjoy speaking both fluently. As an adult, Cynthia worked as an assistant for a dentist in Manhattan Beach, California, before going on to teach at the Culinary Institute of America in Los Angeles, California.

When Cynthia’s husband, Mark Alfonso, Jr., passed away in 2021, Cynthia immediately decided that they should start a new life in Brazil, moving from America to Brazil in order to be closer to their daughter, Flora. They traveled to Rio de Janeiro, where their daughter was born, and Cynthia’s husband was given a five million dollar life insurance policy to support their new family. In this time period, Cynthia began to focus on starting her own business, which she named Brand Solutions. After selling two different businesses, namely Cavalier Marketing and Digital Image Consultancy, they both retired to join their life partner, Miguel Bologna, in founding the brand Identity Agency.

As an actress, Cynthia’s career spanned over thirty years, as she appeared in many films, including Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Bruce Almighty. Her final role was in the animated film The Princess and the Pea. As well as being a talented actress, Cynthia has also achieved great success as an author, contributing several books to various publishing houses. Her career in the film industry was capped by her portrayal of Snow White in the Disney film, The Princess and the Pea. As she leaves this profession, she is currently pursuing a degree in culinary arts, with a specialization in nutrition and weight loss. As her marriage ends, she is single and hoping to take the plunge into professional acting once more.
