Adriana Kuhn, a Senior Manager in the Structured Query Language (SQL) team at Enigma, is responsible for the translation and publishing of Italian language Supervisory manuals and technical documents. Her many talents include her vast knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and Linux server management. Before joining Enigma, Ms. Kuhn held senior positions in Research Computing at Bell Labs, IBM and Sun Microsystems. She served as a Research Software engineer for IBM’s Eputing division and a software engineering consultant for Sun Microsystems.

In her role as an Oracle consultant, she developed and maintained Oracle Enterprise Database11g, one of the world’s most popular open source database projects. A native Italian, Adriana has also done work in financial and retail industries in the United States and in Italy, assisting the design and development of financial spreadsheets. As an engineer, she worked at San Ramono Software, where she rose to become the principal software engineer for the company’s architecture and design teams. There she gained experience in developing database, web site, and application solutions for finance and supply chain management. When the company was sold to a larger corporation, she remained with the company as its vice president of business development.

Adriana Kuhn has been very active in the International Masters Program in International Business and holds an MBA with distinction. She is active in international affairs and currently serves as the United States representative on the board of trustees for the International Business Museum in New York. As a young woman, she interned with Senator Ted Kennedy on the staff of the late Senator Ted Kennedy’s Presidential campaign in New York. She lives in New York City and enjoys wine, cheese, chocolates, music, travel, and hiking.
