Emma Isaacs is an Australian-raised entrepreneur. She is now the president and chief executive officer of Business Chicks, a company that connects women in business with each other and with the tools needed to grow their careers. She has been married to Richard Isaac, a New Zealand-born financier, since 1986. She has two grown children, ages five and three, and she lives in Melbourne, Australia.

Emma started working as a secretary when she was young, and her early professional experiences developed in the legal and paralegal fields. Later in life, she decided that she wanted to pursue a position in the publishing industry, so she attended the University of Adelaide where she earned a bachelor of arts in English. After graduating, she worked for the catering services firm Holiday Inn, where she honed her writing skills and concentrated on marketing and sales. She joined several other publishing companies, including Cricut, and then began launching her own publishing ventures, such as Women’s Weekly, Paper Mache and Inkora. The publication of these books helped establish Australia as a hub of the publishing industry, and it laid the foundation for her international career.

In 2021, Emma Isaacs and her business partner, Richard Isaac, were invited to serve as keynote speakers at a World Business Conference in Sydney. During the talk, which was entitled “Emma Isaacs: Career Lessons in Personal and International Entrepreneurship,” both speakers discussed the importance of personal and corporate leadership, and how important hard work and the willingness to be challenged are essential to a successful entrepreneurial journey. From this talk, the idea for establishing a property investment company was born, and later that year Emma Isaacs and Richard Isaac started their own property investment company called the Emma Investment Company.
