The fashion of the shoulder has been around for a while. It wasn’t too long ago that a solid black, warm shoulder sweater/tunic was the most popular top to wear. It wasn’t until recently that some designers started adding patterns and other elements to the tops. No matter what size you’re your shoulders always seem to look good in a solid colored sweater or top. Recently, 3 young stars came across the latest shoulder fashion trend.
Jacob Jagger and Kate Moss were spotted wearing a couple of the new trend lines on the red carpet. Kate Moss especially loved the way that her shoulders were emphasized with the black dress she wore. This particular dress looked very chic and did not appear to be overheated. Both women looked beautiful and chic in their glamorous dresses. A cold shoulder look is also one where the shoulders are totally cut out.
In terms of fabrics, this fashion of the shoulder is now mainly done with fabrics like silk. Silk gives the dress a little bit of an elegant look. Although it is very warm outside, the combination of this top with cardigans or sweaters can make you feel even warmer inside. We can only hope that we see more of these trends such as the new Holy Site line and Jacob Jagger and Kate Moss’ line of winter fashion tops.
