The Bachelor’s World Is Coming to TV

For those of you that do remember, Olivia Caridi disappeared for four seasons after her first edit on The Bachelor franchise, but in the past two episodes of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons yet, she has returned to the show to celebrate her first wedding anniversary with hubby Ben Higgins. If you were wondering if she’d ever return, the answer is a resounding yes! This is because her recent engagement to fellow musician Clay Geerling Jr. has renewed her desire to reprise her role as The Bachelorette, proving once and for all that The Bachelor is more than just a dating show for men! As The Bachelor’s 25th season approaches (it starts this month), we’ve been seeing more behind-the-scenes drama on the show. The Bachelor’s new associate director has had to deal with accusations of domestic violence involving one of the other male contestants (her’s husband) as well as accusations of being a little too pushy when casting her as the Bachelorette. Now, though, she has officially announced that she will be returning to The Bachelor for another spin-off.

This move comes as a surprise to many fans of The Bachelor, who aren’t quite sure what to make of the sudden development. In fact, even The Bachelor co-hosts have had to make some waves about it. One of the questions I have is whether or not Caridi is really focused enough on The Bachelor to warrant another spin off? Well, the answer to that question certainly lies in the success of the first few episodes back when Caridi was on the show, where she and fellow contestants competed to see who could “win” The Bachelor’s heart (and her ex-boyfriend’s).

Now, if you think that The Bachelor will be heading back to reality TV, I can understand if you’re upset. But you shouldn’t fret just yet. The Bachelor has proven that there is life after dating a bachelor (which also means that there is life after marriage! ), and you don’t have to settle for one version of the Bachelor. If you’re ready for a little bit of a break from bachelorhood, I recommend that you start checking out The Bachelor’s World.
