Trends From The New Fall Gala Collection

The year is 2021 and the fall apparel and accessories for the business world, the government sector and for nonprofit organizations has been set. It has been predicted that by the end of the year at least ninety-five percent of all government agencies, nonprofit organizations and business corporations would be sporting some type of fall attire, logo and/or color scheme for employees and for their marketing initiatives. This may not be true, but if it is not, there is no better time than now to start shopping for what is in. There are at least four main fall apparel trends that are taking center stage this fall season at the federal level, but it is probably safe to say that each of these will find their way into corporate offices across the country, as well.

First and foremost, it appears that there will be a significant move away from business casual in the workplace this fall. No longer is business dress just for weekends anymore, thanks to what seems to be an emerging “work culture” or at least an increased awareness of the need to maintain a certain degree of professionalism in the business world. For many years now most employees have accepted the work-wear, they were expected to wear on the job. With the introduction of these new fall trends and the increased availability of business attire for corporate employers, it has become much more difficult for employees to avoid their usual work clothes on the job. However, as more businesses adopt a “work culture” and begin to look favorably upon employee dress, the tendency for employees to wear their business attire while on the job may actually decrease.

Another trend which is set to begin appearing in business world fashions, is the “fall wedding” craze that is taking place across the country. With a growing number of newlyweds each fall, and a corresponding increase in the number of weddings taking place, it is not unusual to see a greater number of couples draping their attire in beautiful fall colors. Even though the wedding industry is one of the few industries seeing a decline in business due to the economic downturn, the fall wedding fashions are still setting the tone for the year ahead. As the upcoming spring and summer months approach, there is even more reason to stay tuned into these business oriented events, where you can find some of the hottest fall styles for both men and women. Fall 21st Amendment, in partnership with the Mayflower Group, is providing companies with a unique opportunity to take advantage of the increasing number of weddings taking place each fall.
