Claire Wellesley-smith is a British national, who is a committed Nationality, and has dual citizenship. She was born in England and has always identified as a British citizen. Claire was raised in Scotland, but has always identified as belonging to the Republic of Ireland. Claire is an artist and has created works of art all throughout her adult life.
