Natasha Bedingfield is known to be one of the world’s top ten supermodels. She has been listed in the American Massage Therapy Association’s Top Ten Best Mannequins. She has also won the Heartland Magazine’s Young Fashionemaker of the Year two times. Now, it doesn’t stop there for this talented actress and model. She has set her sights on breaking many barriers as a professional in the modeling industry. She believes that all women can have a super model body just like the shorter models.

This actress went through an abnormal growth spurt when she was still a teenager. At the age of sixteen, Bedingfield started to increase her height. Her parents, terrified at the thought of their child growing too fast, bought her shoes with stiletto heels. She then started doing aerobics classes with a focus on running and climbing stairs to build muscle strength. This gave Bedingfield the chance to work on her body by building up her muscular mass and toning her body. In an effort to keep up with her schedule, Bedingfield began running late every night.

When asked about her career goal, Bedingfield said, “To be in the same league as my taller friends such as Mary Stockton, Kate Hudson, Rebekah Brooks, and Shea Coulee. I would love to have the title of world’s tallest woman.” Bedingfield is now preparing for her first acting role where she will play the lead character in a movie. She feels that acting is much easier than modeling because with acting, you can be more emotional and goad the audience to find out what kind of person your character is.
