Eliana Ribeiro, a Brazilian National is currently the President of the Union of Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro. She was born in Sintra, Minho, Brazil. She is described as a tall dark woman with dark hair and brown eyes. Her educational qualifications are Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Jiu-Jitsu instructor and also an Exercise Physiologist. Eliana has worked hard in her career to gain the position of President of the Union of Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro, stating that it has given her the courage to become the first educated President of a state in Brazil.
Eliana Ribeiro was a talented child who excelled in academics. As a teenager she also won the Miss Brazilian title. At the age of 18 she was already a trained physician and her career progressed until she became the first educated Health Secretary in the Brazilian State. This gave her a lot of scope and opportunity when she took over her father’s small health insurance company, also known aspacas passion, in Brazil.
Eliana’s first job was to reorganize the health care system of Rio de Janeiro, which was then in a mess after the government change. She restructured the board of directors, cut costs and made huge improvements in the hospital facilities, hospitals and doctors, also she improved the general condition of Rio’s athletes and helped establish the first training center for kickboxing which has now become a world-famous institution. As President of the Union of Jiu-Jitsu Brasileirio Eliana has taken the Brazilians by storm as people realised how much she cared for them and dedicated her life to improving their standard of living. Not only in Brazil but also she has traveled to different countries of the world in pursuit of improving the life of all Brazilians.
