Fernanda Lippi – An Inspirational Celebrity

Fernanda Lippi is a Brazilian National whose talent has caught the eye of many Hollywood producers. She is an accomplished actress with credits on TV’s soap opera, Days of Love, as well as playing the title role in the feature films, Rio Grande; Herosa and Amarillo. Fernanda Lippi is married to entrepreneur Carlos Filho, who is one of the co-founders of the ethanol giant Ethical premium. The couple’s eldest son, Thiery Couceiro, is also closely associated with the company. Fernanda is closely allied with former President Carlos Maramba da Silva, who is the current chair of the Ethical Business Commission, and her son, Jair Bolle, is married to former President Isabelo Mendoza Guedes.

Fernanda Lippi grew up in Sintra, in Brazil’s northeast. She began her professional career in drama at the University in Lisbon before moving to her native Brazil. There she gained a degree in Broadcast Journalism before studying acting professionally in London. After several years in London, where she acted in plays, she decided to pursue a degree in theatre at the College of Audio and Theatre Arts in London. Here she honed her skills before breaking into the acting business. While in London, Lippi attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts where she studied alongside such performers as Ian McShane, Dawn French, and Helena Bonham Carter.

During this time, Lippi became interested in acting worldwide, traveling to different countries in search of such projects. In fact, Lippi traveled to China to star in a movie before turning professional, which led to her becoming a staple of the British film industry for the next seven decades. In addition to her television appearances, Lippi also made several movies, including a documentary about Brazil, Momenta dos Voador (The Princess of Brazil), and a biopic about the life of Joana Lima, Brazil’s first lady. Fernanda Lippi is today happily married to Carlos Filho, with whom she has two children, Thiery and Jazzy.
