Shella Fernanda is the famous tallest known practitioner of martial arts in Brazil. She has been a professional in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past 3 decades and has held different titles such as the Best Jiu Jitsu Champion. Not to mention, Shella Fernanda is also a certified nutrition specialist, an instructor and a health consultant. She teaches BJJ classes and works with her students to improve their MMA and kickboxing skills.

Height and nationality do not really matter for a fighting stylist in Shella Fernanda’s case. She is very strong and confident on her feet, and she relies on her speed to get into the fight and score points. Height is not really an issue for her, because she is very tall (5′ 11″), but once again, her attitude never turned down even if she was a bit shorter than her opponents. Her success is a product of hard work, focus and patience, not on the scale of others.

In fact, she prefers not to be addressed by her official title, despite being the tallest women in the world. She calls herself a “soldier” and does not consider herself as a woman, despite being Brazilian. She is proud of her nationalities, saying that they are her family and always will be, and she would do anything for her husband and children. Although she considers herself a Brazilian, it does not matter for her in the least.
