Age and nationality are not a taboo issue in Spain or Portugal. The national pride in both countries is their love for their heritage and history and their determination to maintain these traditions for their people. A lot of the differences in dressing and mannerisms between the two countries are because of their ethnic backgrounds as well as because of their profession. The differences in Sofia Stipkovic and her Portuguese counterpart are primarily centered on their occupations and their ages. Age and nationality do not play such a crucial role in the case of these two beautiful tennis players, despite what the critics say about age and nationality being major factors in determining a player’s skill and performance on the court.

Age is not a big factor in the Stipkovic household. She was born and raised in Madeira, a country that is younger than her in terms of time zones. The other major difference between the two is that Stipkovic is from a family that is very traditional while her Portuguese predecessor was from a family that was more liberally minded. The other significant thing is that both of them are highly skilled and accomplished players and tennis professionals. They have achieved great success on the court of Belgarussa in the Spanish Tennis League and they both wear the same uniforms – black shorts and white tops with white ribbons on the skirts. Sofia Stipkovic is younger than her Portuguese counterpart but that does not mean that she lacks the skill or experience.

Age and nationality do not even play a major role when it comes to Sofia Stipkovic and her ability to win the most important matches of her career. As long as she has been playing, she has proven that age is just a number and not a barrier to success. She has beaten the best players in the world and has also beaten some of the best players in Europe and the U.S.A. That speaks volumes of what it takes to be the best. You have to be mentally tough and physically fit to be able to compete against the best and to win the most important matches of your career.
