Valentina Nafornita is a famous opera singer from Val d’Elsa, Romania. Born in Elsa, Valentina grew up in Transylvania, a region of Romania, which gained worldwide recognition with its highly acclaimed Opera House. This is where she first learned to read the classical languages like Greek, French and Italian. After that, she spent two years studying at the University of Oxford, UK, where she focused in voice painting.

After graduation, Nafornita joined the theater company of Corax in Milan, Italy. However, when her contract expired, she decided to pursue other avenues of expression. After some time working as a principal dancer in an Italian school, Nafornita then decided to join the cast of La Traviata, a major Italian play written by Giuseppe Verdi.

During this period, Nafornita had also worked on a number of stage shows in her native Romania. In these shows, she displayed her impressive skills as a master actress and singer. After that, Nafornita made her international stage debut in Le Cordon Bleu, playing the role of Agamemnon in the play. Later, she was nominated for the same award in La Grande Dame de la Chapeau, for which she was nominated for the same performance as well. From there, she went on to have successful careers in The Nutcracker, Cleopatra and Moulin Rouge, to name a few. After that, she also appeared in The Merchant of Venice, Venus and Adonis as the Queen of Calabria.
