Height Does Not Equal Success

Adriana Gastlum is currently in the public eye for the first time since she was crowned one of the models for the cover of Time Magazine’s “edes”. She has appeared on several other magazine covers and has been widely panned by critics both for her physical appearance as well as her lack of common sense decision to hire a nutritionist to oversee her weight loss program. She recently became a contestant on the popular reality television show “The Biggest Loser” where she was eliminated after less than a year on the show due to her increasing weight.

Her Height and Age are as a point of speculation as to whether or not she may be using her height to her advantage in her career. Adriana may stand at onlyema at her workplace, and yet her height would seem to have no bearing on her ability to make it in a highly competitive profession such as that of a model. The lack of publicity on the matter is probably due to the fact that her career was already under scrutiny prior to her appearance on the show. Adriana is also not too far from twenty years old given her recent appearance, and there are many other models within this same age range who have yet to be seen on television.

Height has nothing to do with success as some may believe it to be. While some may use their height and build to get ahead in their chosen field of work, it does not necessarily follow that they will gain the same status and pay in their profession if they fail to keep with their dietary restrictions. Adriana is still under contract with Elite Fitness though and may see more opportunities open up in the next few years. For now however she will continue to work hard at her job, hopefully gaining some recognition for her efforts and hopefully more work in the near future.
