A native of Philippines and a resident of Texas, Adriana Sinke was found dead in her hometown in 2021. She was 18 at the time. A pathologist who examined her explained that she had hemophilia A, the most common type of hemophilia, which she inherited from her mother. At the time of death, she was found to have been six feet in height and weighed 118 pounds. Her profession is not known at this time.

Many speculate as to whether she was of Filipino or Chinese descent and even whether she was male or female. Her birth certificate lists her as female and her passport listed her as male. There is no indication on records of her marital status nor is there any indication of where she lived. One thing we do know is that she was a member of the Diablos Fuerteventura, the most prominent family in Tagaytay city.

Adriana Sinke’s death left a void in the hearts of many Filipinos and in her own family. Her husband claimed to have given her a suicide note and did not inform her family of their loss. Seven months later, her body was discovered on a rubbish tip in Baytown, Manila. The local police conducted an autopsy and found that she had been strangled. Adriana Sinke was, however, cremated on the same day that her body was discovered.
