Emmy Campbell is a talented actress who has appeared on Broadway, Off Broadway and Off Network. Although her Broadway appearances were mostly ignored by the mainstream entertainment community, she was able to develop a strong film career playing many different characters in both mainstream and indie films. Her notable roles include “The Heartbroken Girl”, “Man of Crime” and “The Secret Life of Bees”. She was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1997 for her role as Martha Stuart in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” but lost out to Anne Hathaway for her second best actress award.

Recently she has been cast in a very interesting show on Showtime called “Longmire” starring Matt Damon and directed by Steven Soderbergh. As a character she is described as a widowed lady who has a long history of alcohol and drug addictions. What many people don’t realize is that Campbell’s real identity is actually rooted in her own height. She was born as Hyacinth Price in Cleveland, Ohio and according to records her exact height was listed at 6′ 4″. Due to her birth date and the fact that she is extremely short, she was listed as being over six feet in her real life and people assumed her to be very short until it was revealed that she in fact enjoyed her height.

Campbell’s long time partner John Paul Young is described by her as being about her same height as well. It should be noted that although they are both of Irish descent there are significant differences in their physical appearance. Emmy Campbell is described as having large breasts by most accounts and also possesses a full set of buttocks which is not the case with John Paul who is described as having small, medium-sized breasts. In terms of their careers there is little difference between the two as they both have been prolific actors throughout the years. John Paul Young is a well respected screenwriter while Emmy Campbell has appeared in some of Hollywood’s biggest movies including “A Christmas Story” and “Scent Of Intimacy”.
