Violeta Pasat is a Filipino actress and singer who is known for her exotic looks, sultry demeanor and her open heart. She grew up in Manila and was named after the famous singer, Enid Blyton. Her most memorable role was that of Corazon Locsin, a Spanish colonialist played by Alan Arco in the movie, The Heartbreak Kid. Her other roles include that of Madame Fate in King Kong, Kiki in Kung Mangarap (Kung Fu) and Don Jeck in Bonfire (The Gumball Rally). As an actress, she has appeared in more than 80 films and has acted in numerous popular motion pictures such as Apartment Woman, Guerrilla Force: The Scorch Trials, The Pursuit of Happyness, Bridesmaids, The Perfect Score, etc. Her first notable film in the English language was the English language version of Madame Fate.

Violeta Pasat was born in Cavite, Philippines and grew up in Manila. She attended the Catholic University in Manila and pursued her education. After graduation, she decided to pursue a career in acting and soon found a role on the popular soap opera, Mabini. She then joined the cast of The Heartbreak Kid, playing the character of Corazon Locsin, the lover of the protagonist, Henry Largo.

Aside from her many national and international appearances, Violeta Pasat also enjoyed a close relationship with the late singer, Michael Jackson. In fact, Michael Jackson’s mother encouraged him to hire her to be his personal bodyguard. Even when other women were around, Michael would go out with Violeta and look after her. She even formed a lasting friendship with the pop star when they began working together, forming the very recognizable “Waltz for Gloria” dance routine.
