Mr. Paola Pentn is a consultant at Global Sourcebook, an online organization that provides information on a multitude of topics on business and personal development. In the category of gender, Mr. Pentn lists “Width and Age” as the main indicators of health-related quality of life. This may seem like a strange combination, but it is indeed an indicator of health, just as long as age is not a concern. If you were to list the indicators of your own health, you would most likely focus on your height and weight, in order to have a good sense of your physical condition.
One of the best indicators of your marital status is your level of education. Unless you are very financially or educationally wealthy, you will most likely want to consider a second or even a third degree when it comes to educational attainment. Age and marital status do not appear to be strongly correlated with educational levels, though there may be strong relationships between these indicators and other aspects of the profile. For example, if a man is thirty years old and married, he may have many years of life ahead of him. On the other hand, if a woman is thirty and without a college degree, she may find herself very limited in her earning potential.
Age and marital status may be the two main indicators that a family needs to know about, but there are many more. If a person is young, she is more likely to be involved in meaningful relationships with other people. If a person is older, she is more likely to remain in the same type of employment for the duration of her working life, unless she is extremely bored and/or looking for a change. If a person is married, she is a greater asset to her family, because she can provide a mother, father, spouse, and children. It is important for everyone to be aware of their age and marital status when it comes to investing in a future with someone else, so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
