Paola Kirst is a very famous artist who is best known for her famous drawings called the ‘Fountain of youth’. She was born in Salem County, New Jersey. She attended Pace University and studied art with John S. Ratell and Harry Warren. As a student, she also pursued a degree in painting at the University of New Mexico. Although she went on to do many different kinds of art including photography and drawing, she is primarily remembered for her amazing height which has made her famous.

Height fraud is a very serious issue and should not be taken lightly. The fact that Paola took part in venturing into this profession at such a young age is suspicious as well as contradictory to the normal profile of someone who would want to have a career in this line. There are many cases of tall people being married to shorter people, making them appear even taller. Height fraud is often committed by con men who pose as someone else in order to steal money or benefit from the person’s height by using their height advantage. For this reason alone, Paola Kirst should be known for her amazing heights and not simply her being a relatively average height.

In a case which bears this precise example, in 1977, a man posing as Paola Kirst was accused of being illegally given Russian citizenship. After an eight-month trial in federal court, a New Jersey jury decided that the man was not actually cheating on his partner, but rather was trying to avoid taxation by taking advantage of his height. Despite this victory, however, the charges were still brought against him under the false presumption that he was illegally given Russian citizenship. It should also be noted that in many of the cases of height fraud, no actual evidence of the defendant being cheated came forward, making it easy to argue that such accusations are politically motivated.
