Mr. Lisa Masse is currently the Director of Business Development for an IT consulting company in Houston, Texas. Previously he served as a Marketing Executive for three different companies; where each company had different brands and overheads. This experience, along with his background in marketing and working with brand name clients allowed him to understand the challenges that small businesses have in projecting themselves into the marketplace. In his role at the IT consulting firm, he is helping to launch new clientele, identifying business issues, and helping them to manage the transition of their brand name to the marketplace. His primary focus is on client’s business growth and financial performance; helping them realize their full growth potential by improving their productivity and profitability. As an Executive, he is very interested in finding ways to help his clients achieve greater competitive advantage while positively affecting their bottom line.

Mr. Masse’s Nationality: Mr. Lisa Masse is American; thus he was born in Brooklyn, New York. His parents are both citizens of the United States; thus he holds both American and citizenship credentials. However, at this point in his career he considers himself a “Texan” primarily because of the ownership stake he now has in his company. Although his roots are in Brooklyn, New York he feels very comfortable and identifies as a Texan in all matters. At National Association of Stock Dealers International, he is a Texan vice president; however his company identification is proudly displayed on the home page of the web site.

Skills: Lisa Masse is a strong communicator; however she needs to find a way to share her thoughts and vision with others if she is to truly maximize her potential as a business owner/entrepreneur and grow her business successfully. In this area of expertise, she is an outstanding speaker; being effective in presenting ideas and concepts in front of audiences of all ages and gender. Her ability to reach a wide variety of audience is one of her strong suits; especially considering the fact that she is a woman. However, her experience as a Wall Street broker may limit her ability to be successful in leadership roles if she were not willing to learn other skills such as public speaking and networking. As such, should you consider becoming a partner with her in your own company you will benefit from her highly effective marketing skills and her ability to network effectively.
