Ashley Ann has been the center of a lot of controversy since the release of her first CD, “Keep Your Name Close.” She is an artist and songwriter from British Columbia, Canada. Her music is considered “alt” and alternative. Her latest CD is entitled “Ashley Ann’s Very Own Place,” and is scheduled to be released on April 14th. I believe it is important for all women (and men) who are self-conscious about their height to learn more about Ashley Ann and how she relates to body image, self-esteem, and confidence.

Height is often used as a benchmark for beauty or fit in many ways. If someone is considered short or even fat, it can severely affect their personality and self-image. It would not surprise me if many overweight people were completely self-conscious about their height when they saw an overweight person on television or in a film. People with extreme thin traits will always be judged harshly due to their physique. And, unfortunately, if you have a naturally short stature, being self-conscious about your height can lead to depression and eating disorders.

If you are naturally short, there is no reason for you to feel bad about yourself. You can wear whatever you want, including a short skirt or sweater. And, by dressing in a way that shows off your features without looking like you’re trying too hard, you will begin to feel better about yourself. Plus, when you look good you feel good about yourself too! That is a great way to keep your self-confidence at a high level and have a fulfilling overall life.
