Ann Wauters is an American professional basketball player for Yakin Dogu of Belgium. She is a senior at the University of North Carolina. She is listed as a starter on the U.S. National Team and has started in all three of their World Cup tournaments.
Ann Wauters was born in Brussels, Belgium. She grew up in Southern California and earned a degree in Broadcast Communication from Santa Barbara University. Wauters played college ball for the University of Alabama, where she earned All-American status in the women’s volleyball team. Wauters also played indoor soccer for the Canadian universityassing four goals in seven games. She currently plays basketball for Yakin Dogu in Belgium.
