Ann Mcferran is a professional in the real estate field, who has developed her expertise as a coach for many other professional types in this business. One of the best selling books ever on the subject of selling or buying homes is “The Biggest Secret Money Can Buy: Inside secrets from top salespeople.” In this book she shares her expertise about selling and buying houses with an edge that will help even the most inexperienced people. Ann Maceran began her career as an architect in San Francisco. Later she went to work for Burt Reynolds in Hollywood as a set designer.

Ann has a great love of cats and has three of them living with her in her home. Her professional life has spanned positions in creative, high-end law firms, commercial, residential, international real estate markets. Ann Maceran’s biggest break was the creation of “The Posh Party,” a television show that was syndicated and became one of the biggest daytime shows in history. She has also done voice-overs for movies, commercials, and even hosted her own show. Ann has remained relatively busy in recent years, although her greatest success may be in teaching others how to use their imagination and achieve great success in their lives.

Ann Maceran was raised by her mother in Southern California. As a child, Ann was always curious about cars and all things automotive. When her parents divorced, Ann moved out of the state to live with her brother and stepfather in Seattle. Ann attended the University of Washington where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. Ann now works as a coach with youth in an array of personal and business topics.
